The role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing social media content that engages our clients’ audiences and strengthens their brand image. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and experience in creating compelling visual content for social media. In this role, you will collaborate with our Key Account Managers to ensure that our clients’ needs are met and that our designs align with their overall branding and messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually stunning social media stories and posts for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Work collaboratively with our Key Account Managers to develop design concepts that are on brand and meet our clients’ objectives
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines
  • Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and social media trends and techniques to ensure we are delivering the most impactful content to our clients
  • Being able to create short-form video content for social media is a strong asset

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content formats, and experience creating social media content that drives engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • A keen understanding of language, tone, and voice, with the ability to tailor written content to specific audiences and goals. 
  • A portfolio of previous design work that demonstrates creativity, design skills, and a strong understanding of brand identity

The role

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Freelance Photographer to join our team on a project basis. As a Freelance Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that tell a story and help our clients communicate their brand and message effectively. The ideal candidate has a passion for photography, a strong eye for detail, and experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Creative Team and Key Account Managers to understand the client’s brand and requirements for each project

  • Edit and retouch images as necessary to ensure they meet the client’s requirements

The Role
How would you describe the experience of interning at Numeriko? As an intern, you’ll get the chance to collaborate on exciting projects and work closely with our team across different departments such as content creation, digital marketing, graphic design, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to support our key team members in their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Content Creation team with various tasks, including social media content creation, graphic design, and video production. You will be responsible for helping with the creation of content in various forms, such as written, visual, and audio.
  • Assist our digital marketing: You will support our digital marketing team by sourcing cool topics, locations, news, social media tools, and more. You will help find interesting and relevant information that can be used in our content and marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the Account Management team to support client projects, including researching, scheduling, and attending client meetings.
  • Participate in team-building activities: You will be involved in activities that help build a sense of community and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Support in growth marketing initiatives for the agency: You will assist in developing and executing strategies that help our agency grow and succeed.
  • Community Management: You will be responsible for managing and engaging with our agency’s online community.
  • Utilize various data-driven platforms and tools to execute content marketing initiatives: You will use data and analytics to inform and optimize our content marketing efforts.
  • Influencer sourcing: You will be involved in identifying and partnering with influencers who can help amplify our agency’s message.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute in various areas of our agency’s operations.
  • Support the Copywriting team by proofreading and editing content for accuracy, style, and tone.

 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
